Timothy Cuddigan

In the 1980s, Timothy Cuddigan encountered the complexities of the Social Security disability decision-making process firsthand. His sister, who was born with Down Syndrome, faced an unexpected termination of her Social Security benefits due to a claim of medical improvement, a condition not possible with her disability. After his father successfully challenged this decision, resulting in a reinstatement and settlement, Timothy was inspired to pursue a career in disability law.

Since 1994, Timothy has dedicated his legal career to advocating for individuals facing similar challenges within the Social Security system. His personal experience fuels his commitment to ensuring fair treatment and justice for those with disabilities.
