David R Jacks Jr. embarked on his legal career with a clear vision to establish his own law firm in Las Vegas, focusing on household law, criminal law, and personal injury law. During his law school years, he concentrated his studies in these areas to prepare for his future practice. Immediately after passing the Bar Exam in 2011, he fulfilled this vision by opening his law firm.

Since then, David has represented numerous families, accumulating hundreds of hours of courtroom experience throughout Clark County. His commitment to professional development is evident through his participation in continued judicial education, including attending family law conferences in 2006, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016, as well as engaging in various family law bench bar meetings.

In addition to his family law expertise, David has pursued further education in DUI and criminal law. His dedication to his profession has been recognized with over a dozen awards in 2014 and 2015. Despite these accolades, David views his legal career as still evolving and remains committed to enhancing his skills to better serve those injured.
