Jamie Cogburn

Jamie Cogburn, a founding member of Cogburn Davidson, is a dedicated personal injury attorney based in Las Vegas. He zealously represents clients who have suffered due to others' negligence, working tirelessly to secure the compensation they deserve, whether through settlement or trial.

Born in Sherman, Texas, Jamie later moved to Reno, Nevada, where he graduated from Reno High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada and graduated cum laude from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2003. His legal career began as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ron Parraguirre, followed by experience at a prominent Las Vegas law firm.

Jamie is honored to serve as the 2023 President of the Nevada Justice Association and acts as a Trustee for Citizens for Justice, advocating for Nevadan rights in the state legislature. He is committed to protecting the community from insurance company abuses and actively supports charitable causes, including Give to Learn, Three Square Food Bank, Boys and Girls Club, and Shade Tree.
