Tony May

Tony May began his career as a civil engineer, earning professional engineering licenses in both California and Nevada. He later transitioned into law, becoming one of the few attorneys in the United States with dual licensure as both an engineer and a lawyer. Tony May is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California.

His legal practice encompasses Administrative Law, including representing contractors and owners in license disputes and board complaints, as well as Construction Law, Real Estate Law, and Construction Defect Litigation. He also handles matters related to Professional Design Liability, Mechanic’s Liens, Bond Claims, Business Collections, and general civil litigation.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. May has represented various stakeholders within the construction industry. His clients have included owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, material suppliers, equipment suppliers, and manpower companies.
