Kristen Spees

Kristen Spees is a skilled attorney practicing Estate Planning law in Nevada, California, and Hawaii. Kristen works alongside her parents, Frank and Judy Spees, who have been established estate and financial planning attorneys since 1984, holding licenses in HI, NV, CA, and FL.

Kristen's brother, Justin Spees, has been an investment advisor since 2007. In 2008, he founded Just Advisors, a firm offering investment advising and business consulting services. Together, Kristen and Justin provide comprehensive law and consulting services to businesses and foundations worldwide.

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Hawaii in 2008, along with a certificate in Spanish. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011, where she also received certificates in Global Legal Studies and Mediation. Kristen has a wealth of international experience, having worked, studied, volunteered, and traveled in over 70 countries.

She is a member of the Nevada State Bar Association, California State Bar Association, and Hawaii State Bar Association. Kristen served as President of the Incline Village Bar Association from 2014 to 2015 and was on the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2015 to 2017.
