Richard Frankowski

Richard S. Frankowski leads The Frankowski Firm, LLC with offices in Birmingham, Alabama, and Incline Village, Nevada. He has extensive experience representing investors nationwide in FINRA arbitrations and court cases, focusing on stock broker fraud, consumer class actions, and direct and derivative shareholder litigation.

Mr. Frankowski holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Florida and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the National Trial Lawyers.

In 2013, he co-authored "The Practitioner's Guide to Securities Arbitration" with Jason Doss, a resource now utilized in several law schools to educate students on the securities arbitration process.

Mr. Frankowski earned his B.A. in Political Science from Georgetown University in 1993 and completed his M.A. at Georgetown's School of Foreign Service in 1997. He graduated with a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Alabama School of Law and the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business in 2000.
