James Demetras

James Demetras, a native of Nevada, has built a distinguished career in legal practice. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona. Since 1991, he has been admitted to practice law in Nevada.

His legal practice is centered on bankruptcy law, business reorganization and formation, and mining. Before founding Demetras Law, Mr. Demetras gained valuable experience working as a law clerk in the federal bankruptcy court for Judges James H. Thompson, Bert M. Goldwater, and Gregg W. Zive.
