William Swafford

William Swafford embarked on his legal career in December 2008, specializing as a criminal corporate lawyer. Initially, he honed his skills by drafting motions for prominent attorneys in Nevada, gaining expertise in managing cases from investigation through to post-conviction writs. Early in his career, he gained valuable experience sitting second chair in jury trials, learning from seasoned trial lawyers.

After passing bar exams in multiple states, William spent a decade crafting intricate motions, appeals, pretrial pleadings, and appellate briefs for criminal corporate attorneys in Northern Nevada. In 2021, he resumed litigating his own cases, taking on a busy and respected criminal defense practice known for its unwavering advocacy for those facing potential injustice in the criminal justice system.
