Kevin M. Hanratty

Admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2001, Kevin M. Hanratty has consistently dedicated his legal practice to representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence. He maintains a focused caseload, providing each client with strong and personalized representation. Unlike many other attorneys, Kevin does not settle for initial insurance offers. Kevin M. Hanratty earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry with honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in December 1997. He then attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California, obtaining his Juris Doctor (J.D.) cum laude in May 2001, finishing in the top 12% of his class. He also received an Intellectual Property Certificate for coursework in Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, and Trade Secrets.

Initially, Kevin worked at a large insurance defense law firm, where he gained critical insights into corporate insurance defense strategies, particularly in catastrophic personal injury cases. This experience has been invaluable in his current practice.

In 2005, Kevin and his wife founded Hanratty Law Group, driven by the belief that a family-oriented firm can offer exceptional client-focused service. Together, they ensure each client receives the individualized attention needed for successful outcomes.
