Jennifer Setters

Jennifer Setters is a distinguished attorney residing in Cold Springs, Nevada. As a first-generation Mexican-American, Jennifer relocated to Las Vegas in 1997 and completed her high school education at Rancho High School. She pursued higher education at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Her legal journey continued at the Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, where she was recognized in 2011 as Student of the Year for her exceptional contributions to Boyd’s Community Service Program, particularly in teaching divorce and custody classes to underprivileged Spanish-speaking litigants.

Upon graduating law school, Jennifer has successfully represented hundreds of clients across various legal fields. Before founding Gastelum Law, she played a pivotal role in establishing family law and personal injury divisions at prominent firms, handling both prelitigation and litigation matters. Jennifer is committed to providing diligent and aggressive representation, ensuring her clients achieve the best possible legal outcomes.

Outside her professional commitments, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her son, two daughters, and husband. Her personal interests include exploring the outdoors, staying active, and discovering new places.

Jennifer is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is licensed to practice in the Nevada District Courts, Arizona District Courts, and the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
