Timothy Andrew Mott is a partner at Valiente Mott, a firm he co-founded after leaving a leading insurance defense trial law firm in Nevada. His previous experience involved representing major corporations, including Fortune 500 companies and some of the largest insurance entities globally. Now, at Valiente Mott, Tim is committed to advocating for individuals rather than insurance companies.

Tim has a wealth of experience in cases involving car accidents, defective products, and catastrophic injuries. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he comes from a family deeply rooted in the city, with both his father and grandfather being Las Vegas natives. He takes pride in his heritage and is dedicated to serving injury victims across Nevada.

Before law school, Tim attended Dixie State University, playing as a catcher on the baseball team. It was there he met his wife, Emily, who was part of the volleyball team.
