Todd R. Alexander

Todd R. Alexander, born in Petaluma, California, on October 31, 1975, grew up in Sparks, Nevada. He served in the United States Navy from 1995 to 1999 before pursuing his education at the University of Nevada, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2004.

Todd continued his legal education at the University of Oregon School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2007. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Robert A. McQuaid at the United States District Court in Reno and worked as a summer law clerk at Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg in 2006.

After graduating, Todd clerked for the Honorable Steven P. Elliott at the Second Judicial District Court of Nevada. In 2010, he was elected treasurer of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern Nevada, later serving as its vice president.

From 2008 to 2022, Todd practiced primarily in civil litigation and insurance defense as an associate attorney at Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg. In 2022, he joined Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC, where he focuses on personal injury and accident law.

Todd is admitted to practice law in all Nevada courts, offering his clients extensive legal expertise and commitment.
