Mark Adrian Goodman

Mark Adrian Goodman earned his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley in 2001 and completed his law degree at the University of San Francisco in 2005. Licensed in Nevada, California, and nationally before the United States Patent Office, Mark has demonstrated a profound understanding of U.S. patent law and holds a degree in a scientific or technical discipline.

In 2007, Mark established the Goodman Law Center with the goal of providing a distinctive approach to legal services. He is known for being friendly, approachable, thoughtful, creative, and cost-effective, sometimes even making the legal process enjoyable for clients.

Mark's practice focuses on Patent Law, Trademark Law, Copyright Law, and Business Law, primarily serving small to mid-size businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs. His clients appreciate his dedication to innovation and practical solutions.

Outside of his professional life, Mark enjoys an active lifestyle with his family. He and his wife, Dr. Robyn Goodman, have four children and share a love for travel, skiing, rafting, hiking, and other outdoor activities. A former intercollegiate ice hockey and soccer player, Mark continues to participate in recreational leagues.
