Jeremy Alberts

Jeremy Alberts launched his legal career at the Supreme Court of Nevada, serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice Michael Douglas. During this time, he played a crucial role in presenting numerous precedent-setting cases to the Nevada Supreme Court Justices.

Following his tenure at the Supreme Court, Jeremy joined the complex litigation group at the Las Vegas office of Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial. He has since been actively engaged in litigating a variety of complex matters. His clients, primarily corporate entities, rely on his expertise in handling high-exposure cases involving transportation, site liability, government contracting, professional liability, and nursing home and long-term care. Jeremy also has significant experience in consumer financial industry litigation.

In addition to his litigation work, Jeremy maintains a thriving appellate practice, which has led to several published opinions. Notably, he worked on a case that required briefing before the United States Supreme Court, namely Dynamic Transit Co. v. Trans Pacific Ventures, Inc., 128 Nev. Adv. Op. 69, 291 P.3d 114 (2012).

Jeremy is an active member of the State Bar of Nevada's Continuing Law Education Committee, where he has presented legal seminars, such as the October 8, 2014 seminar titled, "You Filed or Received a Complaint - Currently What?" Furthermore, he contributes as an editor to the State Bar of Nevada’s Appellate Practice Manual, 2015 edition.
