Paul Shpirt

Paul Shpirt launched his legal career by working with several prominent insurance carriers. For eight years, he served as senior trial counsel at one of the largest insurance defense law firms in the nation. During this time, he focused on high-stakes cases involving catastrophic injuries such as spinal damage, orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death claims.

In addition to his expertise in personal injury, Paul has a broad range of experience in managing commercial litigation, product liability, and hospitality litigation. He is a seasoned trial lawyer with a strong track record in personal injury cases.

Paul is fluent in multiple languages, including Russian, Ukrainian, German, and Polish, enhancing his ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. He also contributes to the legal community by teaching NBI CLE courses and has authored several articles, some of which have been featured in insurance industry publications.

Outside of his legal practice, Paul is passionate about fitness and sports, dedicating time to his interests in the gym and on the field.
