Carrie Hurtik

Carrie Hurtik established Hurtik Law & Associates in 2010, bringing a wealth of experience in civil litigation to clients in Nevada. Originally hailing from Michigan, she completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and Criminal Justice at Western Michigan University. Her academic path led her to earn a master's degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University, followed by a JD from Gonzaga University School of Law.

Before entering the legal profession, Carrie worked as a realtor and appraiser in Illinois, where she frequently encountered the legal challenges faced by individuals in real estate transactions. This experience motivated her to pursue a career in law, allowing her to provide more effective assistance to clients. Today, she offers legal services in real estate, bankruptcy, construction law, family law, and estate planning.

Carrie is known for her commitment to her clients, offering honest and direct communication to ensure informed decision-making. She is admitted to practice in all Nevada State Courts, the Federal Court for the District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Appellate Court. She is also an active member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.
