Carrie Hurtik

Carrie Hurtik, founder of Hurtik Law & Associates, has been serving clients since 2010, bringing over a decade of experience in civil litigation. Originally from Michigan, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University. She furthered her education with a master's degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University and a JD from Gonzaga University School of Law.

Before entering the legal profession, Carrie worked as a realtor and appraiser in Illinois, where she frequently encountered the legal challenges in real estate transactions. This experience motivated her to become an attorney to better assist individuals facing these complexities. Her practice now focuses on real estate, bankruptcy, construction law, family law, and estate planning.

She is authorized to practice in all Nevada State Courts, the Federal Court for the District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Appellate Court.
