Trent L. Richards

Trent L. Richards is a distinguished attorney whose practice focuses on business and contract litigation, construction defect cases, employment law, and consumer law. He has been based in Henderson, Nevada, since relocating from Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2003.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Richards served in the United States Marine Corps from 1997 to 2003. During his service, he was a non-commissioned officer with Fox Co. 2nd Bn, 23rd Marines, participating in both Operation Noble Eagle and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Mr. Richards has extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked on single-family residential production homes in Las Vegas, Nevada, and custom homes in Salt Lake City, Utah. His construction work includes award-winning home show houses, both before and after his military service.

In 2008, Mr. Richards earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, alongside a Masters of Business Administration from the same institution. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Westminster College of Salt Lake City, obtained in 2001.

Mr. Richards is admitted to practice law in several jurisdictions, including the State Bar of Nevada, the Utah State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the United States District Court for the District of Utah, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, and the United States Tax Court.
