Benjamin Chambliss

Benjamin Chambliss has specialized in bankruptcy law for over a decade, bringing his expertise to Larson & Zirzow in 2023. The firm's client-centric approach allows him to craft tailored solutions for each client's unique needs. His primary focus is on representing both debtors and creditors in consumer and business bankruptcies under Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Subchapter V of the Bankruptcy Code.

Mr. Chambliss began his legal career as an attorney for one of Nevada’s Chapter 13 Trustees. During his eight-year tenure, he gained extensive knowledge in consumer law and handled a variety of complex bankruptcy cases, leading to several published and unpublished decisions by the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada.

Before joining Larson & Zirzow, Mr. Chambliss served as the senior bankruptcy attorney at one of Nevada's leading consumer bankruptcy firms. There, he utilized his skills to assist Nevada consumers in reorganizing their financial affairs and securing fresh starts in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Additionally, he defended consumer rights by prosecuting automatic stay and discharge violations and pursuing claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
