Jedediah Bingham

Jedediah Bo Bingham is a founding member of the firm, where he provides expert representation in business and estate planning. His clientele includes a diverse array of banking institutions, construction companies, real estate brokerages, and government entities. Additionally, Bo shares his legal insights through his weekly newspaper column, The Legal Lowdown, offering straightforward answers to common legal questions.

Bo's educational journey began with an academic scholarship to UCLA Law School, followed by an internship with Chief Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court. He further honed his legal skills as an associate at Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C.

In the community, Bo has been actively involved with the Rotary Club and the Exchange Club. He has contributed his leadership skills to the Board of Directors for the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce and the advisory board of Bank of Nevada in Mesquite. He is also a board member of an international adoption agency.

Bo and his wife Tammy are proud parents of three sons and one daughter. In his leisure time, he enjoys family activities, writing music, and playing guitar in his local band, Running With Scissors.
