Dennis M. Prince

Dennis M. Prince is a Senior Partner at the law firm Eglet Prince. His legal journey began when he joined Robert Eglet at Pyatt & Eglet in 1995. In 1997, Dennis and Robert established Eglet Prince, focusing on defending clients in product liability, personal injury, and insurance bad faith cases. Reuniting in 2015, they resumed their partnership to advocate for victims of negligence and defective products.

Dennis has a remarkable trial record as both a defense and plaintiff's attorney, securing numerous multi-million dollar verdicts for victims. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) Degree from California Western School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and contributed to the California Western Law Review.

Admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1993, Dennis also practices in the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit since 2000. He has tried over ninety cases to verdict and holds a dozen published opinions in the Nevada Supreme Court. His professional excellence is recognized with an "AV" peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest distinction for attorneys.

Outside of his legal practice, Dennis is committed to community service, actively volunteering with non-profit organizations. He enjoys golfing and motorcycling and cherishes time with his family, including his spouse and three children.
