Robert Eglet

Robert Eglet is the head of the trial team at Eglet Adams, where he serves as the lead trial counsel on all major cases. His reputation as a distinguished trial lawyer in Nevada is evidenced by the numerous referrals he receives from attorneys across the United States, who entrust him to handle their cases. Robert is also a sought-after speaker, regularly lecturing on trial practices related to product defect, large catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases at various trial attorney organizations and bar associations nationwide.

Robert has held several leadership roles, including as a past President of The Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, where he served on the Board of Directors for three years. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Citizens For Justice. His involvement extends to the Executive Committee of The National Trial Lawyers Association and the Board of Trustees for the Nevada Access to Justice Commission.

Additionally, Robert serves on the National Advisory Board of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and acts as their Regional Director for Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado. He is recognized as a sustaining Pillar of Justice and Guardian of Justice within the Nevada Justice Association.
