Patti Wise

Patti Wise, the Managing Attorney at Edward M. Bernstein & Associates in Las Vegas, has dedicated over 19 years to representing clients in Mass Tort and Personal Injury cases. Her focus includes brain injuries, severe plaintiff injuries, and pharmaceutical litigation. Notably, she played a leading role in the litigation against the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada.

In 2011, Patti was trial co-counsel in the landmark case Washington v. Teva, securing a $104 million verdict, the seventh largest in the United States that year. She has consistently been recognized as one of Nevada’s Top 100 Trial Attorneys by the American Trial Lawyers Association since 2007.

Patti has also contributed to the legal community as a speaker at the Nevada Justice Association annual conventions in 2012 and 2014 and serves as a court-appointed arbitrator for Clark County.

Born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Patti completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Wyoming. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming, College of Law in 1995, where she was a published comment author and a member of the Law Review.
