Kelly L Petrakis

Kelly L. Petrakis is a dedicated family law attorney with a focus on civil litigation, having earned her degree from Suffolk University Law School. During her time in law school, she provided legal representation to victims of domestic violence in divorce and paternity cases and gained experience at a small firm defending parents in child mistreatment and neglect cases.

After completing her education, Attorney Petrakis joined a domestic relations firm where she honed her skills for eight years before founding her own practice in 2020. Since her admission to the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars in 2011, she has adeptly managed a wide range of family law cases, including prenuptial agreements, uncontested divorces, high-conflict custody disputes, and complex financial divorces.
