Kristin Mendoza

Kristin Mendoza is the founder and principal counsel at Abridge Law, a virtual law firm dedicated to business and transactional matters. Licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Abridge Law is committed to breaking down traditional barriers in the lawyer-client relationship. The firm’s innovative structure and pricing model are designed to make legal services accessible and affordable for businesses of all sizes.

Kristin graduated from Boston University and pursued her law degree at the University of San Francisco, immersing herself in the innovative environment of Silicon Valley. Her passion lies in working closely with entrepreneurs and business owners to address their legal needs.

With two decades of experience in advising clients on business and transactional matters, Kristin continuously seeks to enhance her service delivery. In 2019, she received a Business Excellence Award from the New Hampshire Business Review for her innovative approach to legal practice through alternative fee structures. She is recognized in the 28th Edition (2022) of Best Lawyers in America for her work in Business Organizations and Closely Held Businesses.

Outside of her professional life, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cooking for family and friends, and engaging in charitable activities. She has served as President of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association from 2008 to 2010 and has held board positions with United Way of Greater Nashua, the Nashua Bar Association, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Nashua.
