Kristin Weberg

Kristin Weberg brings nearly twenty years of experience as a dedicated advocate for individuals facing significant legal challenges. Her approach is both detail-oriented and holistic, characterized by compassionate counsel. She represents clients throughout all stages of the Massachusetts family court process, including divorce, parentage, child custody, child support, alimony, and complex asset division.

Over her career, Kristin has represented clients in thousands of cases, trying both felony and misdemeanor cases before juries. Her experience includes serious charges such as felony sexual assaults, serious bodily injuries, and homicide. As a trial lawyer, she has extensively litigated issues involving eyewitness identification, coerced confessions, repressed memories, and search and seizure. While practicing in New Hampshire, she provided litigation support to other attorneys, focusing on areas like eyewitness identification and trial skills, including jury voir dire.

During law school, Kristin gained invaluable experience working for Hon. Gary Katzmann at the Massachusetts Appeals Court, The Innocence Project - New Orleans, and Prisoners' Legal Services. These roles helped her develop as a consummate professional, a relentless investigator, and a skilled negotiator.
