Stephanie K Burnham

Stephanie K. Burnham graduated at the top of her class from Western New England College School of Law in 2001. During her time in law school, she earned several academic awards and contributed to the Western New England Law Review, serving as a Note Editor.

Upon being sworn into the practice of law in 2001, Attorney Burnham established her own law firm. Her practice is primarily focused on Wills, Trusts, and Estates, Probate Assistance, and Trust and Estate Administration. She is admitted to the bar in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Attorney Burnham is actively involved in educating her peers and the public. She is a faculty member for the National Business Institute Seminars, where she lectures on estate planning, elder law, and probate topics. Additionally, she educates the public on estate planning and attorney ethics.

Her professional affiliations include the New Hampshire Bar Association, where she is part of the Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Section. She has been a member of the Bar's Ethics Committee since 2004 and has served as its Chair since 2021. Further, she contributes as an Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.
