Anne M Rice

Anne M Rice is the founding principal of Rice Law Office, PLLC, located in Laconia, New Hampshire. Her practice is focused on personal injury and employment law, where she adeptly represents both employees and employers in various litigation matters. Anne provides comprehensive legal advice on employment law, including workers' compensation, employment agreements, separation negotiations, wrongful termination, social security disability, discrimination, and harassment.

Anne holds degrees from both the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and Sciences and the Wharton School of Business. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut. During her law school years, she was a member of the Moot Court and Client Advocacy Boards and gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Douglas Lavine at the Connecticut Superior Court in Hartford.

Anne is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the New Hampshire Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the Belknap County Bar Association, and both the national and New Hampshire chapters of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
