Kaitlin M. O'Neil

Kaitlin M. O'Neil is a proficient lawyer at Normandin, Cheney and O’Neil, a firm deeply rooted in Belknap County, New Hampshire, since 1914. Her commitment to the legal profession follows in the footsteps of her father, Jerry O’Neil, Jr., and other family members. Kaitlin focuses her practice on Business Law, Estate Planning, and Probate Litigation, striving for excellence in service and outcomes for both individuals and businesses across the state.

Kaitlin graduated cum laude from Connecticut College with a B.A. in 2008. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2014, where she held the position of Managing Editor for the Women's Rights Law Reporter. Her scholarly note, "The 2012 Battle for the Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act: Lessons Learned and Questions Left Unanswered," was published in the Winter 2014 edition.

A native of the Lakes Region, Kaitlin enjoys exploring the natural beauty of New Hampshire. Outside of her legal practice, she is an enthusiastic hiker and skier in the Lakes Region and White Mountains. During the summer months, she takes pleasure in boating and water-skiing on Lake Winnipesaukee.
