Robert A. Dietz

Robert A. Dietz heads the Commercial and Corporate Law division at Normandin, Cheney & O'Neil, PLLC, where he serves as General Counsel for more than 220 corporations and LLCs. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas including the purchase and sale of businesses, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, ownership disputes, banking and commercial financing transactions, business and estate planning, contract matters, employment issues, and commercial real estate.

Robert is committed to delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results for both individuals and businesses throughout New Hampshire. He earned his B.S., cum laude, in accounting in 1970 and his J.D. from Duke University Law School in 1973. Following law school, Robert served for four years in the Judge Advocate Corps and later worked with the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security.

Since 1979, Robert has been a dedicated member of Normandin, Cheney & O’Neil. He resides in Laconia with his wife, Patti, and they have a family of four children and seven grandchildren.
