Elana S. Baron, Esq., brings a wealth of experience to her practice in Cheshire County, New Hampshire. Licensed to practice in Vermont since 2003, Massachusetts since 2004, and New Hampshire since 2009, she offers extensive expertise across several legal areas including Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Landlord-Tenant Law, Collections and Foreclosures, and Corporate Law. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Elana earned her B.A. from McGill University in 2000 and her J.D. from Vermont Law School in 2003.

Elana is known for her hands-on approach, personally handling all aspects of her cases from inception to resolution. Her comprehensive management extends to real estate transactions, where she conducts full title examinations without outsourcing any part of the process. Fluent in both English and French, she has a personal connection to families on both sides of the USA/Canada border.

Attorney Baron has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Vermont and New Hampshire, the Vermont Superior Courts in both civil and probate divisions, the United States Federal District Court for the District of Vermont, and the New Hampshire Superior Courts, including both District and Probate Divisions.

An active member of the legal community, Elana participates in the Vermont Bar Association, where she serves as Chair of the Women’s Division. She is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
