Emma M. Sisti is a dedicated member of the Litigation Group, offering extensive experience in civil litigation for both businesses and individuals. Known for her client-centered approach, Emma tailors specific litigation strategies to meet each client's unique goals. Her creative problem-solving skills and strong advocacy have been honed over years of trial experience, making her adept in any courtroom setting.

Emma is deeply rooted in New Hampshire, having grown up in Concord. She pursued her education at Cornell University (B.S. 2002) and Vermont Law and Graduate School (J.D., magna cum laude 2006) before returning home. Her career began with the New Hampshire Public Defender, where she spent 15 years handling cases across all trial court levels, from juvenile matters to serious felonies, throughout the state. Her trial skills earned her recognition as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

In 2021, Emma joined 603 Courtroom Aid, a leading provider of civil legal services in New Hampshire. She initially served as Pro Bono Manager and later as Deputy Director, focusing on enhancing access to justice for the state's residents. Emma's commitment to high-quality litigation services continues to drive her professional efforts.
