Ryan Garrette

Ryan Garrette (he/him) is an accomplished member of the Concord office's Litigation work group, providing comprehensive legal support to individuals and businesses. His practice areas encompass civil rights, personal injury, municipal law, land use/zoning, household law, and general civil litigation.

Ryan is a graduate of the UNH Law’s Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program, where he honed his expertise in New Hampshire’s state court system. During his studies, he served as a litigation resident at the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the 1st and 3rd Circuit Courts. Following graduation, he completed a two-year clerkship at Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord and taught State Constitutional Law at UNH Law.

In private practice, Ryan adopts a pragmatic approach to assist clients, particularly those injured, in achieving their legal goals. His substantial courtroom experience enables him to educate clients on their options and the practical implications of their decisions, fostering informed and confident client choices. His refined research, writing, and oral advocacy skills make him a formidable litigator.

Before embarking on his legal career, Ryan served for six years in the Navy as a Submarine Nuclear Reactor Operator. He remains committed to service through volunteer work, assisting veterans in applying to law school.
