Matthew R Braucher

Matthew R Braucher, a Massachusetts native, is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in Finance and Economics, and earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston, consistently making the Dean's List. During law school, he interned at the Attorney General's Office in Massachusetts and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles C. Spurlock at the Suffolk Superior Court, also tutoring first-year students in contract law.

Attorney Braucher focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, business disputes, and real estate, including residential and commercial loan closings, leasing, and land use and zoning issues. He also handles personal injury claims. His extensive experience includes representing both large and small lending institutions and businesses in complex residential and commercial claims involving foreclosure and real estate issues at both State and Federal levels.

Outside of his legal practice, Attorney Braucher enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and tennis, and is an avid climber and camper in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.
