About Adam Bernstein
Raised in Maryland, Adam Bernstein laid the groundwork for his legal career with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, minoring in Criminal Justice, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He furthered his education at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Social and Public Policy, focusing on Criminal Justice. In 1998, he completed his Juris Doctor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, formerly known as the Franklin Pierce Law Center.
Upon graduation, Adam joined the New Hampshire Public Defender as a staff attorney, where he served until 2002. He then transitioned to private practice, continuing to focus on both state-wide criminal defense and federal cases in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. From 2002 to 2004, he also contributed as an adjunct professor at the New Hampshire Community Technical College, sharing his expertise with future legal professionals.
Adam has made New Hampshire his home for over two decades, committed to addressing the legal needs of his clients. Balancing work and family, he cherishes time with his daughter and is passionate about running. A dedicated athlete, he has completed numerous marathons, including the 110th commemorative Boston Marathon in 2006.
