Tony Naro

Attorney Anthony Naro is a senior attorney at Bernazzani Law, where he focuses on criminal defense, Supreme Court appeals, and family law. His practice also extends to representing clients in disciplinary proceedings before professional boards for alleged criminal conduct and handling administrative appeals. With more than 13 years of experience, Attorney Naro is dedicated to assisting clients in crisis as they navigate the legal system.

Attorney Naro graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts–Boston, majoring in political science with a certification in international relations and a minor in Black studies. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked at Brown Brothers Harriman before pursuing his legal education at Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated fifth in his class.

After law school, Attorney Naro joined the New Hampshire Public Defender. During his tenure, he successfully defended individuals facing charges such as DUI/DWI, theft, drug sales, physical and sexual assaults, computer crimes, drug sales resulting in death, negligent homicide, manslaughter, attempted murder, second-degree murder, and first-degree murder.

In addition to his trial expertise, Attorney Naro has successfully represented clients in appeals and post-conviction proceedings before the New Hampshire Supreme Court. His commitment to client-centered representation ensures that his clients, whether dealing with criminal charges or involved in contentious divorce or child custody cases, feel supported and confident in court.
