Barry D. Wein

Barry D. Wein, a seasoned Workers' Compensation Attorney, has been committed to the field since 1978. He began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, minoring in public administration, from The American University in Washington, D.C., graduating cum laude and with honors in 1975. He then pursued his legal education at The Hofstra University School Of Law, earning his law degree in 1978.

After completing his studies, Barry served as a law clerk to The Honorable Arthur L. Troast, Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey in Hackensack, from 1978 to 1979. His professional practice is dedicated entirely to Workers' Compensation Law, where he exclusively represents injured workers, including those involved in workplace accidents and those suffering from occupational diseases and injuries.

Barry is an active member of several legal organizations, such as the Workers' Compensation Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Workers' Compensation Section of the New Jersey Association for Justice, which advocates for the rights of the injured. He also participates in the New Jersey Advisory Council On Health And Safety, a collaborative group of labor unions, workers' compensation attorneys, and medical professionals focused on protecting workers' rights.

In addition to his legal practice, Barry shares his expertise through lectures on workers' compensation law, educating unions, attorneys, paralegals, and insurance adjusters.
