Lisa Gingeleskie

Lisa Gingeleskie offers extensive expertise in labor and employment law, advising management on a broad spectrum of legal matters including employment discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. She is adept at ensuring compliance with legal standards through meticulous review and preparation of employment policies and employee handbooks.

Lisa has significant experience in conducting internal investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct and provides training for both employees and management on employment law issues. Her practice includes substantial involvement in state and federal court proceedings and interactions with administrative agencies.

An authority on social media's role in recruitment and employee management, Lisa hosted a 2017 webinar on best practices for social media use in hiring. She also co-authored the New Jersey chapter of the 2019 Chambers Global Practice Guide for Regional Employment.

In addition to her legal practice, Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for the Westfield YMCA and co-chairs Lindabury’s Women’s Business Initiative program.
