Robert K. Chewning

Robert K. Chewning is an associate at McLaughlin & Nardi, LLC based in Bayonne, New Jersey. Robert began his journey with the firm during his second year of law school and has been a valued team member since graduation. He has extensive experience in research, arbitration, and trials, focusing on retaliation and whistleblower protections under the Conscientious Employee Protection Act and New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination. His work also covers disability harassment and employee-independent contractor classifications under the Fair Labor Standards Act and New Jersey’s Wage and Hour Law.

In addition to handling employment-related issues, Robert has drafted briefs for numerous cases, including appeals to the New Jersey Appellate Division, New Jersey Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has managed a wide range of employment cases.
