Spencer Sandusky

Spencer Sandusky joined The Resnick Law Group, P.C. in Bayonne, New Jersey, as an attorney in the Fall of 2025, following over two years as a dedicated law clerk. During his clerkship, Spencer honed his skills by drafting crucial legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery demands, and legal briefs, which contributed to favorable client outcomes.

As an attorney, Spencer's responsibilities have expanded to leading consultations, negotiations, and discovery processes. He also plays a key role in assisting with depositions, trial preparation, and other complex legal activities. His legal education was completed at George Washington University Law School, with a focus on business and employment law. While there, he served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Nota Bene, the school's official student newspaper, where he oversaw the publication of articles addressing significant workplace issues.

Spencer's commitment to employee rights was further developed during his tenure at the U.S. Capitol, where he worked for Congressman Josh Gottheimer. In this role, he drafted memos advocating for enhanced employee protections and provided insights on complex employment matters, including policies for special government employees and federal worker terminations.

In addition to his legal practice, Spencer actively contributes to the firm's marketing initiatives. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, completing an accelerated three-year program with concentrations in finance, economics, and international studies. His business acumen and entrepreneurial experience have been vital in supporting the firm's ongoing growth.
