Meghan Lawlor

Meghan Lawlor is an associate at Lindabury, where she specializes in estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. Her practice includes guiding clients through all facets of estate planning and administration, representing them in probate litigation, fiduciary disputes, and guardianship proceedings. Meghan also assists clients with matters related to New Jersey Inheritance Tax Returns and associated filings.

Before her current role, Meghan served as a law clerk for the Honorable James J. DeLuca, J.S.C., at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts. In this capacity, she conducted legal research and drafted judicial opinions on a range of chancery and probate issues.

Meghan earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
