Randy Grossman

Randy Grossman, Esq., is a seasoned attorney with a strong focus on personal injury law and workers’ compensation law. Practicing in Bloomfield, New Jersey, he brings extensive litigation experience to both administrative and state courts. Mr. Grossman's expertise is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court, which has certified him as a Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney—a title that acknowledges his experience, education, and proficiency in this field. This certification requires a rigorous evaluation by peers and judges, alongside passing a comprehensive examination.

Mr. Grossman achieved notable recognition in the New Jersey Law Journal for securing one of the top 20 personal injury awards in the 1999 court year, winning $4.16 million for his client.

Before joining Rubenstein, Berliner & Shinrod, he honed his skills in personal injury and workers’ compensation law at two litigation firms in Hudson County. His early legal career included serving as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Sherwin D. Lester, Presiding Judge of the General Equity Part, at the Bergen County Superior Court of New Jersey.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Grossman dedicates time to the New Jersey Bar Foundation’s Mock Trial Program. For 20 years, he has volunteered as an attorney-advisor, guiding a Hudson County high school team through county and state competitions.
