About Justin Moore
Justin Moore has built a career centered on defending individual freedoms and constitutional rights. From an early age, he aspired to be a trial lawyer, a path confirmed by his active participation in moot courts and mock trials during law school. After earning his degree, he gained invaluable experience clerking for a New Jersey Superior Court Judge.
His dedication to public service led him to the New Jersey Public Defender’s Office, where he represented clients unable to afford legal counsel. His mission was clear: to deliver the highest quality legal defense for those facing serious criminal charges. Despite the rewarding nature of his work as a public defender, Justin eventually established his own firm, where he continues to prioritize exceptional legal representation.
In addition to his legal career, Justin is a proud member of the New Jersey National Guard, boasting over 20 years of service with the U.S. Army. He began his military career as an Enlisted Servicemember before commissioning as an Officer and qualifying as an Army Aviator. His service includes flying Blackhawk helicopters during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Joint Guardian, as well as participating in numerous domestic missions. Justin remains committed to supporting Veterans as they transition to civilian life, offering both professional legal assistance and volunteer support.
