Alan Schorr

Alan H. Schorr has spent more than three decades advocating for employees in New Jersey facing employment and unemployment challenges. He has secured substantial settlements and verdicts for clients dealing with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace issues. Mr. Schorr is adept at negotiating enhanced severance packages and resolving complex employment contract matters, including restrictive covenants and arbitration clauses.
