Suzanne Holz Meola

Suzanne Holz Meola serves as the head of the Social Security Disability Department at Petro Cohen, P.C., bringing nearly three decades of legal expertise to her clients. Her practice focuses on Social Security disability and workers’ compensation claims, where she is committed to helping individuals protect their rights.

Ms. Holz Meola graduated cum laude from Mount St. Mary’s College in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a business minor. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University in 1989. During her studies, she provided pro bono legal services to domestic abuse victims.

Driven by a passion for helping people navigate the legal system, Ms. Holz Meola values personal connections with her clients, often receiving heartfelt thanks and hugs upon successful claim resolutions. She notes that these interactions are the most rewarding aspect of her career.

Outside of her professional life, Suzanne enjoys walking the Boardwalk, swimming, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Ms. Holz Meola is an active member of several legal associations, including the Monmouth County Bar Association since 1991, the NJ Bar Association since 2004, and the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court since 2004.
