Frank T. Luciano

Frank T. Luciano has dedicated over four decades to litigating cases within New Jersey's criminal and civil justice systems. Early in his career, he developed his trial skills as a municipal court public defender, a role he held for more than thirteen years. His reputation in the legal community is strong, with a New Jersey appeals court acknowledging his innovative and diligent defense work.

Luciano is committed to upholding the integrity of the American justice system by rigorously challenging legal and procedural norms that others might consider settled. His dedication is evident through his lifetime membership on the legal committee of the National Organization for the Reformation of Marijuana Laws (NORML) and his membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Additionally, he is actively involved with the Criminal Law Section and the Municipal Court Practice Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Although his practice is primarily focused in the northern part of New Jersey, his cases have taken him to Ocean County in the south and Sussex County in the north.
