Elizabeth Candido Petite plays a pivotal role in Lindabury's Wills, Trusts and Estates practice group, where she specializes in estate planning, administration, and tax law. She expertly prepares essential estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.

Elizabeth has a wealth of experience in establishing and funding family limited liability companies and other corporate structures to facilitate the transfer of personal wealth and family businesses across generations. Her practical approach ensures clients' assets are managed and transferred according to their wishes, both during their lifetime and posthumously. Her expertise extends to elder law, special needs planning, and guardianships.

In her role, Elizabeth advises fiduciaries throughout all phases of trust and estate administration. She employs her in-depth knowledge of tax laws to secure tax-efficient outcomes in disputes with the IRS and state tax authorities. Additionally, she assists fiduciaries and beneficiaries in handling non-tax issues during administration, including will probate and accountings. Elizabeth contributes her expertise as a panelist for the Union County Probate Early Settlement Panel.
