John B. Fabriele III

John B. Fabriele III, a seasoned New Jersey criminal defense attorney, was born in Bayonne and raised in East Brunswick. An alumnus of East Brunswick High School, he earned his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, where he cultivated his passion for law and the Constitution.

After graduating from Widener University School of Law in 1997, John began his legal career with an internship at The Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office. This experience deepened his commitment to defending constitutional rights and assisting individuals with legal challenges. Upon passing the bar exams in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he continued at the Public Defender’s Office, gaining valuable insights into criminal defense.

In 2005, John established his solo practice in New Jersey, focusing on defending individuals charged with criminal offenses. His practice encompasses both Municipal Court cases and serious indictable offenses in the state’s Superior Courts. His dedication to protecting clients from systemic abuses and upholding their constitutional rights is unwavering.

John is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Association For Justice. He provides legal defense services throughout New Jersey, particularly accessible to clients in Middlesex, Somerset, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union counties.
