Meghan Lawlor

Meghan Lawlor is a dedicated associate at Lindabury, where she focuses her legal practice on estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. Meghan provides comprehensive guidance to clients in all aspects of estate planning and administration, and she represents clients in probate litigation, including fiduciary disputes and guardianship proceedings. Her expertise also extends to handling New Jersey Inheritance Tax Returns and related filings.

Before joining Lindabury, Meghan served as a law clerk for the Honorable James J. DeLuca, J.S.C., at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts. In this role, she conducted extensive legal research and drafted judicial opinions on various chancery and probate issues.

Meghan earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
