Richard Allan Deutchman

Richard Allan Deutchman is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney committed to advocating for personal injury victims across New Jersey. After earning his degree from New York Law School, Richard began his legal career at a prominent New York City firm, focusing on accident victim representation. He later shifted his practice to New Jersey, where he has spent over 35 years successfully litigating numerous cases to verdict. Richard is known for his personal and supportive approach to client representation.

Richard has appeared in courts across New Jersey and has argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division multiple times. His expertise also extends to handling Municipal Court matters throughout the state. From 2001 to 2005, he contributed to the legal community as a member of the District VIII Attorney Ethics Committee.

Richard is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, Middlesex County Trial Lawyers’ Association, Somerset County Bar Association, and the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. In addition to his practice, he serves as an arbitrator with the Superior Court of New Jersey Arbitration Program.
